Data deletion

To delete the data ZeNewBee holds about you:

1. Facebook / Instagram: open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Security and login → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), find this app, click Remove, and tick the option to delete data. Facebook then sends us a deletion request and shows you a confirmation code. You can check a request with its confirmation code at https://zenewbee.com/deletion-status?code=….
2. TikTok: remove ZeNewBee in the TikTok app (Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions), then email us so we delete the data we already hold.
3. Any platform: contact us at [email protected] with the account name; we delete your tokens, account list and linked account data within 30 days.
