Who we are
ZeNewBee is operated by MULMOWARE PTE. LTD., 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422. We are the data controller for the information described in this policy.
What we collect
Facebook and Instagram. When you connect with Facebook, we receive your Facebook user ID and name, the list of Facebook Pages you choose to share, access tokens for those Pages, and the Instagram professional accounts linked to them (ID, username, follower count). For connected Pages and accounts we read content and performance data (posts, Reels, comments, insights) and publish content you or your team schedule.
TikTok. When you connect a TikTok account, we receive the permissions you approve on TikTok's authorization page: your TikTok user ID, display name, avatar, username and profile statistics (followers, following, likes, video count), your public video list and its statistics, and, for accounts connected through TikTok API for Business, comments on your videos and account insights. We upload and publish the videos you schedule, with the privacy and interaction settings you choose, and we can reply to or hide comments when you ask us to.
Tracking links
Customers can share short links that we generate on a separate link domain. When someone opens one, we redirect them to the address the customer set and record a click: the time, whether it came from the Facebook or Instagram app (read from the browser's user agent), and whether it looks automated. To count unique visitors per day we compute a one-way hash of the IP address and user agent with a random value that changes every day and is deleted the next day; we do not store IP addresses, set cookies, or keep access logs for the link domain. Click counts are shown only to the customer who owns the link.
How we use it
Only to publish content to, and report on, the accounts you connected, and to manage comments on them at your request. We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone other than the platform APIs (Meta, TikTok) that we call on your behalf.
Where it is processed
Data is stored on servers in Singapore (Amazon Web Services). Cloudflare provides network delivery and security for this site. Our team may access the service remotely, including from mainland China, to operate and support it. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and only used server-side.
Retention and deletion
We keep data while your connection is active. You can disconnect at any time:
- Facebook: Settings → Security and login → Business integrations (or Apps and websites); remove the app and choose to send a deletion request.
- TikTok: in the TikTok app, Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions (labels can vary by app version), and remove ZeNewBee.
- Or disconnect the account inside ZeNewBee.
After you disconnect we stop using your tokens. To have your data deleted, see Data deletion or contact us.
